I excel at finding transformative answers and unexpected pathways forward.
Today, I bring that lived experience into my work as both a Family Mediator and a clinically trained Hypnotherapist.
In mediation, I offer a calm, respectful space where and guide conversations with empathy and clarity so you can make decisions, and create agreements that support your future, especially when navigating separation, co-parenting, or emotionally charged transitions.
In hypnotherapy, I am an intuitive, emotionally connected guide. You set the pace, and together we shape the path ahead. My focus is on helping you rewrite your self-beliefs, strengthening confidence, and moving into the life you want rather than revisiting old wounds. I rarely use regression; instead, I support you in building self-trust, resilience, and a grounded sense of inner power.

This session is designed for us to get to know one another and see if we are a good fit. I share what hypnosis is and how it could help. You share about yourself and your reasons for reaching out.

These sessions all include a basic check in and then a relaxing and therapeutic induction based on what you need. Most issues are resolved in 4-6 sessions but individual assessment will determine the course.
03.
These sessions resemble more closely a traditional therapeutic session. However, attention is paid to the energetic setting and nuances.
